Services

Mobique owns and operates coupon and deals websites across the United States and United Kingdom. We connect consumers with advertiser offers and provide monetisation solutions for publisher partners. Our services include lead generation, native advertising placements, co-registration, and newsletter sponsorship partnerships.

User conduct

You agree to use our services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You may not submit fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate information; attempt to access systems or data without authorisation; interfere with the operation of our platform; or use automated tools to scrape or extract data without prior written consent.

Partner obligations

Advertiser and publisher partners are bound by separate partnership agreements. Partners must ensure compliance with all applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA. Partners are responsible for the accuracy of data they submit and the legality of their own data collection practices.

Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and technology on our platforms is the property of Mobique LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

Mobique provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
