Lawful basis for processing

We process personal data on the following lawful bases: explicit consent provided at the point of data capture, legitimate interest in delivering relevant offers and maintaining platform security, and contractual necessity where we have a direct relationship with the data subject.

Full audit trail

Every record in our system includes a complete audit trail comprising: the device and browser used, the exact timestamp of consent, the consent language presented, and the capture URL. This provides irrefutable proof of data origin and consent for regulators, clients, or data subjects who request evidence.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Consent records and audit trails are retained for a minimum of 5 years for regulatory compliance.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
